Identity and residence
The applicant must provide valid identity and current contact and residential information.
Eligibility is determined from the complete application rather than one isolated figure. Identity, income, credit information, existing commitments and the requested structure are considered together.
An applicant may meet the initial requirements while receiving a different amount or term after assessment. The final decision reflects the verified information and the repayment the applicant can reasonably maintain.
