2. Applications and credit decisions
Submitting an application or enquiry does not guarantee approval. A decision may depend on identity verification, the purpose and amount requested, verified income, existing credit commitments, affordability, credit information and any additional records reasonably required for assessment.
3. Website calculations
Calculator results are planning estimates based on the figures selected by the user. The approved amount, annual rate, repayment period, instalment and total repayment are confirmed only in the documents issued after assessment.
4. Client accounts and security
Clients are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for notifying VUKA Loans & Finance promptly if an account may have been accessed without authority. Documents made available through My Loan Account are intended for the registered client.

Applicants must provide complete and truthful information and must not upload altered, misleading or unauthorised documents. Material changes to employment, income, contact information or credit position should be disclosed while an application is being considered.
6. Intellectual property
The VUKA name, logo, website design and original website content may not be copied, republished or used in a manner that suggests an unauthorised association with VUKA Loans & Finance.
